Our plan books, journals, leather traveler's notebooks, and planner accessories are custom made specially for you with each order. If an order has NOT been put into production (production typically occurs within 24 hrs of placing your order) we can process a refund or cancellation. Just reach out to us and we'll work with you.
After your order is in production (usually after 24 hours of placing your order), all sales final and refunds will be made on a case by case basis and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All eCourse and digital order sales are final. Because we custom make each plan book, journal, and all accessories specifically for your order please allow up to 14 days to produce, process, and begin shipment.
Exchanges / Returns / Claims of missing items (if applicable) must be done within 10 days of receipt. We only replace items if they are defective. An example of a defect would be the images are printed upside down, misspelling, etc..
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange for an RMA# and shipping.
Any package marked refused or return to sender is not an acceptable method to cancel or return an order. This type of return will not be accepted.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product with the RMA# that you have received from contacting us prior to: 835 Wedgewood Ct., Plattsmouth, NE 68048
For defective items we'll work with you to get them back to us; if necessary. For other returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund - refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
