Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders are processed and shipped on a per order basis. We are unable to combine multiple orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

The buyer is responsible for shipping. If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.

If you are receiving or shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf. Please let us know if you need assistance.

Exchanges / Returns / Claims (if applicable) must be done within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. We only replace items if they are defective. An example of a defect would be the images are printed upside down, misspelling, etc.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@plannerperfect.com to arrange for an RMA# and shipping. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your exchange / return.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product with the RMA# to: 12001 Cary St., La Vista, NE 68128.

Any package marked refused or return to sender is not an acceptable method to cancel or return an order. This type of return will not be accepted.

For defective items we'll work with you to get them back to us; if necessary. For other returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our planners, journals, leather traveler's notebooks, and planner accessories are custom made and selected specially for you with each order. Our system is now automated so be sure your order is "Planner Perfect" with correct sizes, correct month / year, correct script, and correct shipping address, etc. Orders are sent into the production and order fulfillment process immediately. Should there be an issue with your order please reach out to us immediately.

Because we custom make each plan book, journal, and all accessories specifically for your order please allow up to approximately 14 business days to produce, process, and begin shipment.

For International shipments Planner Perfect offers DHL Worldwide International shipping; DHL is proven to provide fast and accurate delivery.

We also offer international shipping via UPS and USPS. Please keep in mind delivery times when placing an international order with USPS First Class International. USPS First Class International has longer delivery times and Planner Perfect is not responsible for any delays incurred.

Keep in mind that international orders may incur additional fees depending on your country's customs fees, import fees, carrier brokerage fees, and tax laws. These fees and taxes are your responsibility to pay.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

After your order is in production (usually immediately when placing your order), all sales final and any refund will be made on a case by case basis and subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, minimum of $25.
