Refund Policy

Our plan books, journals, and planner accessories are custom made specially for you with each order. If an order has NOT been put into production (production typically occurs after 24 hrs of placing your order) we can process a refund or cancellation. After your order is in production (usually after 24 hours of placing your order), all sales final, and no refunds will be made.

Exchanges (if applicable) must be done within 5 days of receipt, No exceptions. We only replace items if they are defective. An example of a defect would be the images are printed upside down.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product with the EA# to: 835 Wedgewood Ct., Plattsmouth, NE 68048

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
