Orders are processed through our fulfillment studio shortly after purchase. Please review your product, size, quantity, and shipping address carefully before checkout, as changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Journals, planners, paper goods, and Planner Perfect Collection products are final sale. Eligible leather goods may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery as long as they are unused, in new and resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging, canvas bag, accessories, and included materials. Preference-based leather returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and require prior authorization from Customer Care.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right. Natural variations in full-grain leather, including grain, markings, tonal variation, and patina, are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
