What size planners, journals, and notebooks do you offer?

Right now we offer 7 different sizes:

•  Wide (5" x 8.25")
•  A5 (5.8" x 8.25")
•  Narrow (4.5" x 8.25")
•  B6 (5" x 7")
•  B6 slim (4.25" x 7")
•  Personal (3.75" x 6.5")

    What is the Planner Perfect Method? The Planner Perfect Method was created by Jenny Penton to provide women with a fresh start each month. The Planners are formatted with a the month’s calendar, goal prompt, and daily prompt for daily planning. Keeping goals scripted with intent and by month enables women to achieve their goals easier and gives them a momentum to continue goal setting each month.     Why is my coupon code not working?  Make sure you are entering the entire code as shown.  Planner Perfect newsletter coupon codes are valid on all of our products with the exception of our leather travelers notebooks.  Planner Perfect Rewards redeemed for coupons are valid on all products.  Only one coupon can be used per order.  Please let us know if you are having trouble applying a code to your order.

    What size are Traveler's Notebook fit your planners and journals best?

    We offer sizes: wide, narrow, b6, b6 slim, personal, and pocket sized planners and journals.  You can find Planner Perfect's handcrafted leather Traveler's Notebooks here.

    Do you have to buy a Traveler's Notebook to use your books?

    No, not at all. All of our journals and plan books are beautiful on their own. But if you like to keep several books together in one place then a Traveler's Notebooks are the way to go and protects and wraps them beautifully.  You can find Planner Perfect's handcrafted leather Traveler's Notebooks here

    What size inserts do I use for Planner Perfect's Leather Traveler's Notebooks?

    Wide Size Full Grain Leather Traveler's Notebook - Designed to carry four of Planner Perfect's 80 page Planners or Journals in the Wide Size with dimensions of 5" x 8.25".  When laid flat the Wide size Traveler's Notebook measures 12 1/4" width x 8 7/8" height.

    A5 Size Traveler's Notebook - Designed to carry four of Planner Perfect's 80 page Planners or Journals in the Wide Size with dimensions of 5.8" x 8.25".  When laid flat the Wide size Traveler's Notebook measures 13 7/8" width x 8 7/8" height.

    Narrow Size Full Grain Leather Traveler's Notebook - Designed to carry four of Planner Perfect's 80 page Planners or Journals in the Narrow Size with dimensions of 4.5" x 8.25".  When laid flat the Narrow size Traveler's Notebook measures 11 1/4" width x 8 7/8" height.

    B6 Size Full Grain Leather Traveler's Notebook - Designed to carry four of Planner Perfect's 80 page Planners or Journals in the B6 Size with dimensions of 5" x 7".  When laid flat the Wide size Traveler's Notebook measures 12 1/4" width x 7 1/2" height.

    B6 SLIM Size Traveler's Notebook - Designed to carry four of Planner Perfect's 80 page Planners or Journals in the B6 Slim Size with dimensions of 4.25" x 7".  When laid flat the Wide size Traveler's Notebook measures 11" width x 7 1/2" height.

    Planner Perfect's Planners and Journals are robust.  They consist of 80 pages of the finest heavy 24lb journaling paper.  Should you use another brand of insert in our notebook you will likely fit more depending upon the number of pages and the paper type they are constructed with.

    Do your planners and journals take paints and markers well?

    Yes!! Our books are made with heavy 24lb journaling paper and can take all mediums beautifully such as watercolor and acrylic to Tombow and fountain pens. Have a wonderful time scripting your life and journaling to your hearts content!  

    How often do you release new product?

    Designs by Planner Perfect launches new art work and graphic prints for plan books and journals each month. We also have launches for workbooks and journals with specific eCourses and classes for personal development at different times throughout the year. Receiving our newsletter is the best way to stay informed of all things new with Designs by Planner Perfect.

    I'm new to Planner Perfect, where should I begin to write a better story?

    I would start with one of our Planner Subscription Boxes or simply with one of our monthly planners. The Planner & Journal Subscription Box gives you a monthly planner and journal the features Jenny's newest art creation. The Planner Perfect fans group is a fantastic way to begin your planner perfect journey. A group that gives you videos and live chats to declutter your soul from anything that could be preventing you from becoming who you were called to be and inspires you to care for you again. I would recommend joining Planner Perfect fans on Facebook for support and videos on starting your journey using the PPM and keeps you inspired.

    I need to speak to someone about my order.  Who do I contact?

    Please contact us through email, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible M-Fr between 800a and 430p. 

    I sent an email and why haven't I heard back?

    We respond to ALL emails.  Please check your spam or promotions folders.  If you use gmail, by default it automatically sorts your incoming mail into a promotions folder and or a spam folder.  It is possible to disable gmails automatic inbox sorting.  Please see here for instructions to disable the gmail automatic inbox sorting.  If you are a comcast.net email user please see here as well as consider an alternative email address.

    What is the Monthly Subscription Shipping and Charge Schedule?

    All new subscribers with orders placed by the 10th of each month will be processed that month with the following month's featured theme (for example:  New subscriber with an order placed between July 11 and August 10 would receive the September themed planning items that ship in August). 

    New subscriber's boxes will not ship with the bulk of active subscribers on the 15th, rather they will ship in approximately 14 business days after your order is placed.

    After the 10th of the month your subscription order will begin the following month with shipment approximately the 15th.

    After your initial subscription order, the system will bring you current with the schedule that active subscribers are already on.  For instance it's the 10th of the month and you order your first monthly box, after you receive your first subscription box the system will update your schedule with a second charge so that you will receive the next month's box which active subscribers paid for earlier in the month on the 10th.  In the beginning of your subscription the system will automatically update your charges to get you into the regular charge and shipment cycle; all the while ensuring that you receive the current boxes in the most timely manner.

    In order for Planner Perfect to account, create, and accommodate for all subscription boxes; active subscriber's future orders are automatically created approximately 30 days before boxes are shipped.

    What if I want to make changes to my subscription box order?

    Please contact us directly for any changes or modifications after the order is automatically placed.

    If you would like to make changes to your future subscription order simply log onto the website under the My Account button and navigate to the Manage My Planner Perfect Subscription button.  If you would like to swap sizes, boxes, etc, please reach out to us directly here.

    I recently signed up for a Monthly Subscription Box and why are you charging me again?

    Can I receive my Subscription Box with Lined, Graph, or Dot Grid Pages?

    Subscription box planners and journals currently do not have the options of lined, dot grid, or graph journaling pages at this time.  This certainly is an option for you when you order planners and journals on an individual basis separate from the subscription boxes.

    Can I reactivate my Subscription that I have paused?

    If you reactivate an existing subscription that you have put on pause please reach out to us directly to make sure you are in que to start again with your desired subscription box; otherwise your subscription could resume with the following month's shipment.

    What is the difference between Priority Mail and First Class Mail?

    Essentially it comes down to weight.  First Class Mail shipping is only available for orders that weigh less than 1lb.  Keep in mind that our beautiful planners, journals, and notebooks are created with 80 pages of high quality, heavy 24lb journaling paper.

    With Priority Mail you automatically receive $50 of insurance, delivery tracking, and shipping tracking.  First Class Mail includes delivery confirmation & domestic shipping tracking.  If you require additional options such as signature required delivery and/or additional insurance please contact us before we ship your order and we would be happy to arrange that for you.

    I would like to receive my order with Next Day Air via USPS or UPS.

    Please email us your request and we will review your order to see if we can accommodate your needs within or production and fulfillment cycles; it will depend upon the individual items in your order.  If we can accommodate your request we will send you an invoice for the actual cost of shipping versus the shipping you paid for in your original order.

    What if I need to change or cancel an order?

    Our planners, journals, leather traveler's notebooks, and planner accessories are custom made and selected specially for you with each order.  Our system is now automated so be sure your order is "Planner Perfect".  Orders are sent into the production and order fulfillment immediately.

    After your order is in production and order fulfillment (usually immediately when placing your order), all sales are final and refunds will be made on a case by case basis and subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All eCourse and digital order sales are final.  Because we custom make each planner, journal, and specially select for order fulfillment all accessories (including leather traveler's notebooks) specifically for your order please allow up to approximately 14 business days to produce, process, and begin shipment.

    Where is my Planner Perfect delivery?

    Our plan books, journals, and planner accessories are custom made specially for you with each order. Because we custom make each plan book, journal, and all accessories specifically for your order please allow up to approximately 14 business days to produce, process, and begin shipment.

    If receiving an item(s) is of concern you should consider using a trackable shipping service (signed delivery options) or purchasing additional shipping insurance. Please contact us to for additional delivery (signed delivery) or insurance options before we ship your items.  We can not guarantee lost shipments once they are shipped and tracking numbers are provided.

    If your item(s) is lost within the shipping system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your shipping provider and file a claim. We can not file claims on your behalf and it's always more effective for you to talk to your local shipping provider / carrier.  As always please let us know if you need assistance. 

    I received my order but why is an item missing? 

    If you are missing an item please check your shipping notification and your order by logging in here.  If the item is not included in your shipping notification and is still listed as unfulfilled in your account it is on back order.  Rest assured we are working hard to create it and have it heading your way as soon as possible.

    Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes of course!  We have many international customers and love our worldwide reach!  Please keep in mind a few things regarding international shipments; especially if ordering date sensitive items:

    International Shipping:

    We exclusively offer DHL Worldwide International shipping; DHL is proven to provide fast and accurate delivery.

    Keep in mind that international orders may incur additional fees depending on your country's customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, and tax laws. These fees and taxes are your responsibility to pay.
